Custom Titanium Abutments are milled from Arum Premill abutments.

ANGLED SCREW CHANNEL

The angled screw channel (ASC) provides the option to place the screw access hole anywhere between 0° to 25° in a 360° radius. This means you can now restore almost any situation with a screw-retained restoration & remove known risks associated with excess cement.

We are proficient in many implant systems, but this one is especially useful in areas where space and placement angulations are limited. This unique system has essentially made the angulation of the final retaining screw a secondary consideration because you can designate the screw access-hole position and the screw angulation anywhere between 0° and 25° in a 360° radius.

The advantage to you as the clinician is that it maximizes your ability to pursue ideal implant placement and abutment design options, without having to give special consideration to the retention screw.

ALL ON 4 & ALL ON 6

The All-on-X process available from Arum milling centre is completely digital planed procedure. We are utilizing state off the art fully guided surgery protocols for most precise implant placement. As little as four implants on that day of the surgery could be utilized to attach a full-arch CAD-CAM PMMA temporary bridge to the edentulous ridge.

As a final restorative solution, our team fabricates esthetic implant-retained CAD-CAM hybrids that will distribute occlusal impact across the ridge to ensure a long-lasting and hygienic solution. Digitally planed All-on-X process also maximizes the use of a patient's available bone, and can be a graft-less solution.
